SOmething new every day's monthly post! I have somehow managed to overwrite April's post - the perils of blogging with one hand....

1. HMC Garage at Greenham Business Park. Someone cut me up, pulling out in front of me at a roundabout, so naturally (ahem) I slammed on the horn so hard that...it...broke.


2. Visited another GP at our surgery - a nice change of scene.

3. The changing room at Debenhams where I felt seasick. (TMI?)

4/. Explored the methodist church while waiting for one of the McBaby's many classes.

5. Shaw House!

How can we not have been here properly before? It's well worth a visit if you're local; we had a tremendous welcome and a comprehensive and friendly tour.

6. The toilets at Cafe Rouge.

7. The toilets in the new John Lewis. There is a theme emerging here.

8. Watched Howard's End and may have fallen asleep near the end.

9. Grey's Court. A lovely National Trust property.

10. The back of the doctor's surgery trying to remember where I'd parked the car.

11. Open Studios - a really lovely place in Thatcham where I thought it was a public exhibition but turned out to be private. A fact I only worked out when I queried why I was the only person not to be offered canapes and wine. Hahaha!

12.Sheepdrove (been here before, but saw some new stuff!)

13. Open Studios - Bryan Gander; Julia Bowes and Susan Kirkman/Arran Miles.

14. Met a friend at Swindon Outlet Village. Been here before, but visited some new shops.

15. A new playgroup. And watched "A Many Splendoured thing".

16. Lift in town hall!

17. Church office to get a raffle prize!

18. Marlborough - again, been here before, but went into some new shops and the Waitrose cafe. The town is not the most baby friendly - lots of steps everywhere and impossible to cross the road without being hit by an impatient driver.

19. Superdry. What a strange name for a shop.

24. A friend's new car for a lift home!

25. Thatcham Medical Centre and Dave's Sandwich Bar!

I don't think anyone except Mr Spammer (and me, sometimes) is reading, so I am going to update this monthly rather than daily.

To take us to the end of March, new things include car dealerships around the town, houses, films and new types of food! Boring!
